Snooze
Pause and resume requests.
Overview
The Snooze feature allows you to temporarily pause a request, making it disappear from your board or list view and halting notifications. It’s ideal for delaying non-urgent tasks until you’re ready to handle them.
Key functions
- Pauses notifications: No alerts or reminders for the snoozed request until it returns to the board.
- Auto-return: The request reappears automatically after the set time expires or if the customer responds/escalates.
How it works
Snooze a request
- Select a request, then choose a snooze duration.
- Options include 1 hour, 4 hours, Tomorrow, Weekend, Next week or set a custom date
Snoozing a request only affects your view—if you snooze it, it’s hidden just for you.
Unsnooze anytime
- To end a snooze early, locate the request in the snoozed view and select unsnooze.
Kanban, List view & display options
- Disappears from Kanban or List view: Snoozed requests are hidden from the Kanban/List views by default.
- Change display setting: Go to display settings to toggle visibility for snoozed requests.
Accessing snooze
- From the card or drawer: Snooze or unsnooze a request directly from its details card or drawer, providing flexibility without disrupting your workflow.
