Set up multiple addresses with Thena, like support@, sales@ and business@ to Thena and manage them from all from Thena.

Reply-to

When a form is submitted with a Reply-to email address, Thena allows you to reply directly from Slack or the Thena app. Your response will be sent from the configured email address, and the Reply-to address will be the customer’s email.
