The contacts view in Thena provides a comprehensive list of all contacts associated with your accounts, making it easy for users to manage and track customer relationships.

Complete contact list:

  • Contacts per account: Each contact is linked to the relevant account, allowing for easy navigation between contacts and the accounts they belong to.
  • Email addresses: The primary email address of each contact is displayed for quick reference.
  • Slack channels: View which Slack channels each contact is part of, streamlining communication tracking.

Filtering options:

Users can filter the contacts based on the following:

  • Thena metadata: Filtering based on Thena-specific fields.
  • CRM data: Contacts can also be filtered using data pulled from your CRM, making it easier to segment and manage contacts according to your CRM strategy.

Viewing and managing contacts

The contact view provides a detailed yet simple interface for managing all your contacts. It shows how they are connected to your accounts and which communication channels they are active in, whether Slack or email. Admins can quickly assess contact lists and filter based on CRM or Thena data for targeted insights.
