Manually merging requests

If you receive 3 to 4 requests from the same customer, all concerning a similar issue, you can combine them into a single request. By merging them together, you streamline the process, making it easier to manage and respond to the customer's concerns in a more organised manner.

How requests can be merged?

  • Click the gear icon of the request and there you will find a merge request button.
  • Now click on the Merge Request Button.
  • You will be presented with two dropdown menus. The first dropdown allows you to select the parent request, while the second dropdown is for selecting any additional requests you may wish to merge. This feature enables you to easily combine multiple requests into one, streamlining the process in a single step.
  • Once you have selected the requests then you can click on the Merge Request button and then you will see a confirmation modal asking you to confirm if you want to merge the requests.
