πŸ“ AI-based Request Detection

Request Detection is our ability to automatically detect and surface an incoming outreach from a customer. Thena uses OpenAI, along with our own proprietary model, to determine whether it's actually a request or a comment (for example, "thank you for the help").

Whenever a customer request is detected, an alert is sent to a channel of your choice. This will ensure that you never miss a customer message & the right team (Customer Success, Support, etc) will be able to triage and get back to the customer up to 95% faster than before.

Request Detection is part of our Request Management product. A version of this is available in both the free or basic package.

🚦SLA Alerts

SLA Alerts are smart messages you can configure, or trigger, based on important events. Alerts can be sent to a channel, or to a user based on your preference. Teams use Alerts to keep on top of requests, ensuring nothing goes unanswered, or worse... forgotten.

Workspace Analytics provides individuals, teams, and leadership with the transparency and visibility into your customer engagement on Slack. With Workspace Analytics, you'll know your most engaged customers, your least engaged customers, and even things like your overall SLAs, and more!

Request Ticketing enables your support teams to keep track of Slack conversations, bugs, issues, and feature requests within your ticketing tool of choice. At the click of a button, your team can send the relevant customer request to Support/Engineering while keeping informed of its' progress.

We currently support Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Intercom.

Marketing Automation is built on top of Slack's Block Kit builder and enables Marketing and Product Leaders to send mass communication to multiple channels, with a single click. All using pre-loaded, 100% customizable, company templates. Automation sends can be immediate, or scheduled for a specific date & time.

Common use-cases are:

  • Product newsletters
  • New customer introductions

Once you have configured and sent a Marketing Automation, Thena provides you with an in-depth analysis on engagement, including folks that have "seen" but not engaged with the automation message.

This is included in our Marketing Automation product. It is not part of the free or basic package.
